Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and maintain excellent customer relations. You will handle returns, stock levels, and promote loyalty programs in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires good communication, basic math, and the ability to work flexible days including weekends. Automotive parts experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license with clean record is necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have safe driving record and ability to navigate routes.
• Ability to use delivery board system and inventory systems.
• Customer service orientation and sales aptitude with walk-in customers.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
