Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.

You will also pick up returns, drop off sales flyers, and help promoting loyalty programs while supporting cash flow with timely credit account collection. Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50–100 pounds, work flexible shifts including weekends, and engage customers with a friendly, persuasive approach.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50–100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, dusting, parking lot).
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Keep knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
