Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will promote current sales and loyalty programs while building relationships with customers and handling returns and cores.

The role requires safe driving, strong customer service, ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance, and flexible hours including weekends. High school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services
• Other duties as assigned
