Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will build relationships with MainStreet/National Pro customers, assist with upselling, and maintain store cleanliness and inventory accuracy.

The role requires valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance, and flexible schedule including weekends. Automotive parts experience is preferred and training on product knowledge will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Aptitude for learning products and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with stocking and inventory tasks.
