Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a reliable driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, handle returns, and promote sales and loyalty programs. You will build relationships with major customers, collect accounts, and support upselling while maintaining store cleanliness and inventory knowledge.

Attention to safety and accurate use of the delivery board system is essential. The role requires reading manuals and dong routine stocking with flexibility to work various shifts, including

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Willing to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
