Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also handle returns, promotional flyers, and daily credit account collections.

Ideal candidates have automotive parts experience, a valid driver’s license and are comfortable engaging customers to recommend parts or services. Heavy lifting and flexible shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• General stocking incl. back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
