Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Hazleton, PA is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also handle returns, promote loyalty programs, and collect daily payments while building relationships with key pro customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and favorable automotive parts experience. You will upsell, maintain store cleanliness, stock inventory, and assist walk-in customers with product

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Pick up returns and cores.
Distribute weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
Collect credit accounts daily.
Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; share delivery insights.
Upsell and cross-sell to increase average ticket.
Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, and parking lot.
Stock trucks, back stock, and perform cycle counts.
Maintain knowledge of inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
Engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend parts or services.
