Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Lancaster County, PA is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and to maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro accounts. You will participate in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value and assist with maintaining store inventory.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Pick up returns and cores.
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
Daily collection of credit accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing insights learned during deliveries.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
