Advance Auto Parts in Mount Joy, PA is seeking a Delivery Driver responsible for picking, staging and delivering parts to pro customers, handling returns, assisting with upselling and maintaining store cleanliness while supporting sales. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and help promote current sales and loyalty programs.

The role requires safe driving, ability to read inventories and parts catalogs, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish a plus
• Automotive parts experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services
• Other duties as assigned
