Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores and manage related paperwork.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs with every delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and keep stock organized, including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned by store management.
