Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and write English; Spanish a plus
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedures manuals
• Use basic math in all units of measure (add/subtract/multiply/divide)
• Ability to work a variety of days, evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to pro customers safely and efficiently
• Pick up returns and cores
• Distribute sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs
• Collect credit accounts daily
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and provide CPP insights
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock through back stock and cycle counts
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales
