Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver in the United States to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, pick returns and cores, and distribute weekly sales flyers while promoting current promotions and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, collect credit accounts daily, and assist walk-in customers with product recommendations while maintaining inventory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• English language proficiency; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing the CPP with insights learned while making deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
