Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, collect credit accounts, and support upselling efforts. The role includes maintaining store cleanliness, stocking shelves, and staying current with inventory.

You will engage with customers and promote loyalty programs while building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro accounts. Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving history, and strong communication

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Pick up returns and cores.
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
Daily collection of credit accounts.
Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and upsell appropriate parts or services.
Maintain store cleanliness, stocking, and knowledge of inventory arrivals.
Work with MainStreet and National Pro customers to provide CPP insights from deliveries.
Perform general duties such as cycle counts and using inventory systems.
