Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Delivery Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to professional customers and walk-in shoppers. You will also handle returns, stock parts, promote sales and loyalty programs, and support daily credit account collection.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Distribute weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Stock back stock, truck stock and perform cycle counts.
• Know inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts.
• Other duties as assigned.
