Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a dedicated Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers. You will also handle returns, stock products, and promote current sales and loyalty programs while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires a valid license, ability to lift heavy items, and comfort working days, evenings and weekends. Automotive knowledge and excellent communication help maximize sales and service quality.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive parts knowledge preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Use delivery board system to manage routes and inventory.
