Job summary

Qualifications

• Safe driving and navigation ability.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights from deliveries.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to raise avg. transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Stock truck and back stock; perform cycle counts.
• Stay knowledgeable about inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and suggest parts/services.
• Other duties as assigned.
