Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick and deliver parts to pro customers, handle returns, and promote loyalty programs. You will collect credit accounts daily and build strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while assisting with upselling and stock management.

The role requires safe driving, strong communication, and the ability to read and interpret safety and inventory procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read/understand safety rules, maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales/loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers and recommend parts or services.
