Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver in Fayetteville, NC to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and assist with returns, cores and promotional flyers.

You will build relationships with Pro customers, upsell products, maintain store cleanliness, stock inventory, and engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, providing CPP insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, dusting, parking lot).
• General stocking (truck stock, back stock, cycle counts).
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts/services.
• Other duties as assigned.
