Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers in a fast-paced retail setting. You will promote current sales and loyalty programs while maintaining a clean store and accurate inventory.

The role requires excellent English communication, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds with assistance. Weekends and varied shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock inventory.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts.
• Build relationships with customers and provide store insights.
