Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a dependable delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while supporting returns, stock, and shop cleanliness. You will engage with walk-in customers, promote current sales, and help upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.

A valid driver's license and good driving record are required. The role requires English communication, basic math, and the ability to work varied shifts including some weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, instructions and manuals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math for transactions and measurements.
• Willingness to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including floors, bathrooms and stock areas.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services.
