Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers in a fast-paced store environment. You will build relationships with customers, collect payments, promote loyalty programs, and help maintain stock and order accuracy.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to work days, evenings and weekends. Physical effort includes frequent lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong driving record and be able to operate delivery vehicle safely.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Must be able to read safety rules and parts catalogs.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to work varied shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Deliver sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Collect credit accounts daily.
• Engage with MainStreet and National Pro customers, provide CPP insights.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to raise transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock shelves.
• Stock back stock and assist with cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and new arrivals.
• Assist walk-in customers and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
