Job summary

Talentify is seeking a delivery driver to service pro customers, pick up returns, and support in-store sales initiatives. You will promote current sales and loyalty programs while maintaining safety and accuracy in handling parts.

You will build relationships with key customer accounts, assist in upselling, and help keep the store and inventory organized. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus) and communicate effectively with customers, peers and leadership.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedures.
• Use basic math accurately for transactions and measurements.
• Be able to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers with insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory organization.
• Stock trucks and back stock, perform cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend parts or services.
