Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Delivery Driver in the United States to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You will collect credits, handle returns, and maintain inventory knowledge to assist customers.

You will build relationships with major customers, assist in upselling, and keep the store organized and stocked. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals, parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and orderliness, including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned
