Job summary

Talentify is seeking a dependable delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, and to handle returns with care. You’ll promote current sales and loyalty programs, build relationships with customers, and support upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license with acceptable driving record.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to work a mix of days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and share insights learned while delivering.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory areas.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
