Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an energetic driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers in our store network.

You will pick up returns and cores, distribute sales flyers, and promote loyalty programs while collecting outstanding credit accounts. You’ll build lasting relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, contribute insights from deliveries, and help upsell products to raise average transaction value.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• English required; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
