Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is looking for a driver who will pick, stage, and deliver parts to pro customers, while handling returns, promoting sales flyers and loyalty programs, and collecting credit accounts daily.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling, and maintain store cleanliness and inventory knowledge. This role requires strong customer service and sales acumen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible days/evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Handle returns and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs via flyers.
• Collect daily on credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock.
• Assist customers to identify parts or services.
