Qualifications

• Outgoing personality to engage contractors and build rapport.
• Ability to collaborate with Behr’s outside reps and Home Depot staff to fulfill orders.
• Basic computer skills; Salesforce training available.
• Bilingual skills are a bonus for diverse contractors.
• High school diploma or GED is required for all Behr roles.

Responsibilities

• Support the Home Depot Pro Desk and greet contractors to assess their needs.
• Pull and tint orders for pickup and ensure accurate products are provided.
• Collaborate with store staff to maintain smooth, fast service for pros.
• Assist in lifting up to 75 lbs as needed to move products within the store.
