Job summary

Behr Paint Company is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to join the Home Depot Pro Desk, helping professional painting contractors with Behr products and dedicated service. You will build relationships with pros, pull and tint orders, and ensure quick in-and-out service while working flexible weekend and evening shifts.

You will collaborate with Behr's outside sales reps and Home Depot staff to meet contractors' needs, with emphasis on friendly, proactive assistance and a customer-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• No prior paint or sales experience needed; training provided.
• Basic computer skills to use CRM software.
• Bilingual abilities are a bonus.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist Home Depot Pro Desk and contractors in-store.
• Pull, tint, and prepare orders for pickup; lift up to 75 lbs.
• Enter new leads and contacts into Salesforce; we provide training.
• Build relationships with professional contractors visiting the store.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
