Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Loader to support customers and contractors by loading merchandise, assisting in-store services, and ensuring safe, efficient order fulfillment. The role emphasizes customer interaction, accuracy in loading, and adherence to Lowe's safety policies.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, pulling orders, and participating in garden center and Pro/Loader tasks as needed. A background in retail is preferred, with training provided to ensure safe operation of equipment.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Collect carts and keep areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management.
