Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loader for our Boise store to support Pro and Garden Center loading, order fulfillment, and customer loading needs. You will assist customers, load merchandise safely, and help maintain inventory and cleanliness across the store.

Key duties include preparing orders, operating store equipment, and ensuring accurate loading while maintaining safety standards. A high school diploma and basic computer/retail tech skills are preferred, with training provided for

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; respond to questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Assist with loading vehicles and ensure orders are loaded accurately while maintaining safety standards.
• Partner with Garden Center and Pro areas to stage and fulfill orders for pickup or delivery.
