Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar retail tech
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; respond promptly to questions
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate store equipment safely to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise
• Support large order fulfillment with product quality and accuracy
• Load customer vehicles using proper techniques based on order size and fulfillment needs
• Assist with loading in Garden Center and Pro areas as needed
• Build relationships with Pro customers and support enrollment in Lowe’s Pro programs
