Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loader to assist customers in locating, selecting, and loading merchandise, support checkout and fulfillment, and help maintain stock levels across the store.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and strong customer service in a busy home improvement environment. Responsibilities include loading customer and contractor orders, operating store equipment, and collaborating with Pro and Garden Center teams to ensure timely, accurate service for large orders

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Customer Service and assisting customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Uses power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Identifies and reports safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management and/or Asset Protection
