Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring for loader roles to assist customers and carry out store operations. You will help customers locate and load merchandise, support checkout and order fulfillment, and ensure safe loading practices across Pro and Garden Center areas.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in order loading, and maintaining clean, organized workspaces while delivering helpful project guidance to customers.

Qualifications

• Six months of computer use including inputting and retrieving information.
• Six months using common retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate store equipment safely and move merchandise using power equipment and store tech.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Collect carts and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns.
• Communicate stock, product features, warranties, and Lowe's programs to customers.
• Follow Lowe's safety policies, including spotters and safety devices.
