Qualifications
- Strong background in mechanics is required.

- ASE Certification is a plus.
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
- Take customer orders quickly and accurately over the phone and online.
- Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained.
- Audit customer returns for warranty abuse.
- Assist with customer labor claims.
