Job summary

A large home improvement retailer located in Santa Fe, New Mexico is looking for dedicated team members to join their Pro Customer Service/Sales Team. This role is focused on delivering exceptional experiences to professional customers, such as contractors and property owners, and involves assisting with order fulfillment, product recommendations, and maintaining customer relationships. Responsibilities

• Assist at the Pro Desk, loading materials, managing deliveries, or offering specialized paint and product knowledge.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers and proactively drive sales using product knowledge.
• Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment; collaborate to resolve delivery issues.
• Monitor inventory and participate in sales initiatives to uphold high standards of customer service and safety.
• Communicate Home Depot’s advantages over competitors to Pro customers.
