Responsibilities

• Assist at the Pro Desk to help contractors and pro customers.
• Load materials and support order fulfillment.
• Manage deliveries and resolve delivery issues for Pro customers.
• Provide tailored product recommendations based on project needs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers.
• Monitor inventory and support sales initiatives while upholding safety standards.
