Qualifications

• Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
• Pro Customer Service/Sales Team supports store goals by monitoring inventory and executing sales initiatives.
• Bilingual communications skills may be preferred at certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist at the Pro Desk, loading materials, managing deliveries, or offering specialized paint and product knowledge.
• Deliver exceptional service to professional customers, including contractors and commercial clients.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers and drive sales with product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
