Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

• Bilingual communication skills may be preferred at certain locations depending on customer need.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pro customers at the Pro Desk and loading area.
• Process orders, manage deliveries, and coordinate pickup.
• Provide tailored product recommendations and solutions for Pro customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Pro area.
• Collaborate with teammates to monitor inventory and drive sales.
