The Home Depot Pro Customer Service/Sales team delivers an exceptional experience for professional customers, including contractors, property owners, and commercial clients. The team supports every stage of the Pro journey, from efficient order fulfillment and safe loading to expert product recommendations and tailored delivery solutions.

Pro team members build relationships and proactively drive sales with loyalty programs and targeted recommendations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet monthly sales goals and contribute to store targets.

Responsabilités

• Assist Pro customers with orders and product recommendations.
• Support loading materials, deliveries, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, organized Pro desk area and collaborate with teammates.
