Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Ability to meet monthly sales goals and other performance metrics.
• Bilingual communications skills may be preferred at certain locations.
• Willingness to assist at the Pro Desk, support loading and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the Pro Desk and during loading of materials.
• Support efficient order fulfillment and tailored delivery solutions.
• Recommend products and provide product knowledge to Pro customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Collaborate with team to resolve delivery issues and uphold safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and participate in sales initiatives.
