Central California Legal Services, Inc. is seeking a Pro Bono Program Paralegal to support the Pro Bono & Strategic Partnerships initiative.

The role involves assisting in clinics, outreach programs, and direct client representation under supervision, interviewing clients, and organizing files for pro bono volunteers. The Paralegal will help recruit and manage volunteers, coordinate with partner organizations, and staff veteran and community events.

Qualifikationen

• Paralegal certification or degree with law-related coursework (24+ units)
• Strong oral and written communication in diverse communities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with legal clinics, outreach, and volunteer coordination

• Assist in developing pro bono projects and clinics
• Interview clients and prepare client files for volunteers
• Coordinate volunteer attorneys and paralegals
• Support recruitment and management of interns and fellows
• Assist with partnership development with law firms, bar associations, and community orgs
