Job summary

Paul Hastings, LLP seeks a Coordinator, Pro Bono in New York to support the firm’s global pro bono program. You will engage with legal services organizations, communicate with clients, and help provide free legal representation to those in need.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Experience with legal professionals and/or legal aid organizations preferred.
• Experience with project management.
• Knowledge of Pro Bono preferred.
• Spanish fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pro bono opportunities and manage responses with firm attorneys and external organizations.
• Assist with coordination of pro bono clinics and projects with corporate clients.
• Handle due diligence research on pro bono clients.
• Assist with intake system to onboard new pro bono matters and coordinate with conflicts.
• Assist in audit and assessment of pro bono docket.
• Provide project management support on data collection and metrics.
