Job summary

Build Up Justice NYC in Brooklyn seeks a Staff Attorney, Pro bono Coordinator to manage the organization’s pro bono and internship programs and oversee CLE training. You will collaborate across programs to draft, interpret, and provide guidance and counsel as needed.

Key duties include shaping pro bono strategy, coordinating with law firms and volunteers, managing internship recruitment, monitoring placements, and reporting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a pro bono program and internship initiatives.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain partnerships with law firms and academic institutions.
• Strong coordination skills across multiple programs and stakeholders.
