Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness strength training experience.
• Ability to lead and develop athletes across youth, high school, college and pro levels.
• Willingness to relocate and work in a fast-paced private sports performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead professional athlete strength and conditioning programs.
• Mentor and manage ETS Phoenix staff and coaches.
• Conduct regular athlete evaluations and progress reporting.
• Uphold ETS training philosophy, safety standards and accountability.
• Collaborate with the broader ETS Sports Performance team to drive growth.
