Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer service and associate engagement; coach on service standards.
• Assist with recruitment, interviews, and talent development; ensure training completion.
• Maintain safety and hazmat procedures; enforce PPE and safe practices.
• Support department profitability through planning, events, and priorities.
• Lead opening/closing and store-wide MOD responsibilities; ensure readiness.
