Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide opening/closing and management-on-duty coverage as needed.
• Coach and develop department Supervisors and associates for service excellence.
• Drive sales, manage profitability, and monitor store performance.
• Ensure safe, productive work environment and adherence to policies.
• Lead priority projects and execute company initiatives in-store.
