Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• Current ARC Lifeguarding, CPR/AED and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Respond effectively to emergencies and prevent incidents.
• Provide high quality customer service to residents in a positive, professional manner.
• Enforce facility policies, rules and regulations fairly and consistently.
• Inspect the facility daily and report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Complete records and reports promptly when required.
• Maintain readiness to perform rescues (fitness, sleep, hydration).
• Participate in in-service training and safety drills.
