Job summary

Find Great People | FGP is seeking a dynamic Pro A/V Sales Specialist for a full-time, direct-hire role in Tempe. You will lead our visual solutions strategy, driving Pro A/V sales revenue across interactive displays, digital signage, video walls, and integration services.

You will build client relationships, identify opportunities, and support regional growth while guiding sales training and collaborating with internal teams to reach quarterly targets and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years Pro A/V sales or integration experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in Electrical, Visual, or Audio Technology preferred
• Strong business acumen, communication skills, and technical curiosity required
• Experience with high-end solutions advantageous
• Track record of achieving sales targets; formal sales training a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with sales reporting and database management beneficial

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer relationships through innovative sales approaches
• Create and execute quarterly business plans, achieve revenue goals, and implement sales strategies
• Collaborate with sales teams in meetings with decision-makers and influencers
• Generate leads and manage referral pipelines
• Showcase collaboration spaces to clients and partners
