Job summary

CareNow, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking an X-Ray Technician (PRN) in Colorado. You will perform radiology procedures, maintain quality control, and support clinic operations while ensuring patient-focused care.

Requirements include LS0 license in Colorado, 1+ year experience preferred, and ability to obtain BLS within 30 days. This PRN role may involve shift variation and multi-location support.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is beneficial
• Ability to obtain a BLS Certification within 30 days of start
• Office Laboratory Assistant License if required by the state.
• Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months of employment or promotion

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and quality radiology procedures for evaluation and treatment by the attending physician.
• Perform quality control checks/audits on radiologic equipment.
• Maintain records and logs on activities including in-house lab work, drug screens, and x-rays sent out to other labs.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and high patient satisfaction.
• Cross-train for front desk duties including greeting patients and checking them in/out.
