This position is incentive eligible. It is a PRN Radiologic Technologist role offered by CareNow, part of HCA Healthcare. The position allows you to perform radiologic services on a PRN basis.

Job Summary and Responsibilities
- Work with clinic staff to coordinate efforts ensuring patients receive high‑quality care and services; provide timely patient care.
- Perform all x‑ray views per provider orders and clinical practice under state law, and document patient records according to policies. Perform drug screens, urinalysis, and in‑house lab tests accurately; process specimens for reference labs.
- Assist with front‑desk duties: greeting patients, checking patients in and out, end‑of‑day close‑out procedures, lobby checks, and record releases.
- Maintain, calibrate, and perform daily controls on lab/x‑ray equipment; inspect and report artifacts; operate equipment per policy and manufacturer guidelines; complete semi‑annual x‑ray inspections.
- Maintain records and logs on activities including in‑house lab work, drug screens, x‑rays, and lab work sent to other labs. Perform equipment audits as scheduled. Ensure occupational client work forms and procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with the Center Manager, Medical Staff, Front Desk Coordinator and all clinic staff to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Follow all company policies for infection control and hand hygiene.
- May be required to work alternate shifts and float to other clinic locations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Services.
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient‑care setting preferred.
- Registered Radiologic Technologist with ARRT certification required; state licensure may be required.
- BLS certification within 30 days of start required.
- Federal Breath Alcohol Screening certification within 30 days of start required.
- Federal Drug Screening certification within 30 days of start required.
- Within 30 days of employment or promotion, obtain and maintain state license (if required) for Office Laboratory Assistant.
